The seller warrants that the products are not subject to any third-party rights or restrictions, including but not limited to third-party intellectual property rights, criminal investigations, insolvency, or tax proceedings. In the case of digital products, the seller warrants that they have the right to supply such products to the buyer.
Promotion
Promotions are active and are in force from the date announced however, we reserve the right to modify or cancel the promotion at any time without notice and will not be responsible for any liabilities that arise out of such closure. Our Promotions will be open to all customers meeting the eligibility criteria in the promotion details. And in the event, there’s a promotion code, only one promotion code can be used per order.
